The Atlas Stones consist of several round cement stones ranging in weight from 260 pounds to 360 pounds for the Heavyweight division and ranging from 240 pounds to 330 pounds for the Lightweight division.

Event Details

• The athlete must place each stone on the platform in order to proceed to the next stone.
• Tacky may be used.
• There will be a time limit of 75 seconds to lift and place all 5 stones on the platform.
• The platform will be 54 inches in height.

These are the actual stones and platform we will be using, courtesy of Athletic Performance Training. We will have two platforms and sets of stones to provide the excitement of Head to Head competition.
